Welcome to Seattle
Explore Seattle’s lively waterfront, near our downtown hotel where you’ll meet our Tour Manager and traveling companions at an evening Welcome Meeting.
After breakfast (included daily), admire Seattle’s magnificent setting with a 360-degree view from the Space Needle. Venture into the 40-foot tall Glasshouse, the centerpiece of the magnificent and colorful Chihuly Garden and Glass. In legendary Pike Place Market find everything from fine art to fresh produce- plus Seattle’s famous fish flingers– in a labyrinth of arcades and alleyways. On our Panoramic City Tour we’ll visit one of Seattle’s favorite quilt shops, Undercover Quilts. B
Cruising to Victoria, B.C.
Board a high-speed ferry through Puget Sound, past islands and majestic mountains to Victoria, British Columbia. This charming Canadian city seems straight out of England, with lampposts, double-decker buses and stately Victorian buildings. Fifty-acre Butchart Gardens takes your breath away with its Renaissance parterres, sculptural topiaries and brilliant flower beds. B
Following breakfast we’ll enjoy a private tour of the Royal B.C. Museum. Housing over 7 million artifacts, the museum is dedicated to the cultural and modern history of Canada. The remainder of your day is at leisure to explore the many shops and boutiques that line the streets of Victoria or relax over a spot of tea in one of the many downtown cafes. B
A Warm Welcome
Today, we travel over land and water through beautiful scenery on our way back to the U.S. Crossing into Washington, well have magnificent views of snow-capped Cascade Mountains on our route to the harbor village of La Conner, where a Welcome Reception awaits at our hotel. B, D

Stroll past flower-filled dooryards to 1891 Gaches Mansion, home of the Pacific Northwest Quilt & Fiber Arts Museum. Paneled room of authentic furnishing create gallery space for the turn-of-the-century quilts. Enjoy Victorian buildings, outdoors cafes and fishing boats along La Conner’s waterfront before returning to Seattle for flights home. B
