Day 8

Today we spend amid the ethereal beauty of Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Site, and a haunting landscape of mist-shrouded limestone pillars emerging from emerald-green waters.   Wind and waves have eroded these towering rock mountains into fantastic shapes crowned with rain forests, and carved grottos into the bay’s many little islands. B, L
