Welcome to Portland, Oregon!  Our journey kicks off in the trendy Pearl District, where art galleries, boutiques, and cozy cafés meet converted warehouses and a whole lot of charm. Check into our hotel and head up to the rooftop deck for a peek at the skyline—you’ve officially arrived! This evening, we gather for our Kick-off Welcome Meeting. It’s your chance to meet our fun-loving Tour Manager and get to know your fellow quilters, swap stories, and share the anticipation for the quilt-tastic days ahead. B

Day 2 Shop-Hop Through Portland’s Quilty Side Breakfast

After breakfast, we dive right into Portland’s colorful quilt scene with a full day of shop-hopping. Local favorites open their doors to us with fabric-lined walls, irresistible kits, and expert tips from shop owners who live and breathe quilting. From modern motifs to classic prints, it’s a stitcher’s paradise. Midday, we head to scenic Lake Oswego, where you can enjoy lunch on your own and browse charming shops before continuing our fabric quest. Back at the hotel, why not unwind with a pint at the on-site microbrewery—or follow the sweet scent to the city’s famous Voodoo Doughnuts for a treat you won’t forget. B

Day 3 From Portland to the Coast – Quilts, Ocean Breezes & Coastal Charm Breakfast

Today, we journey to Oregon’s scenic coastline with a quilty stop in Tillamook. At the Latimer Quilt & Textile Center, housed in a historic schoolhouse, you’ll enjoy a private bed turning and explore heirloom-quality pieces that tell stories through every stitch. Afterward, breathe in the salty air as we arrive in the artsy town of Cannon Beach. Stroll its galleries and beachside boutiques before a visit to Center Diamond, a fabric lover’s dream just steps from the sand. We return to Portland in time for dinner on your own and maybe a leisurely visit to Powell’s City of Books—the largest independent bookstore in the world. B

Day 4 Cascades to Sisters – Scenic Views & Stash-Boosting Stops Breakfast, Lunch

Fuel up on breakfast—we’re heading east over the Cascade Mountains! First stop: a local quilt shop in Salem. After browsing their gorgeous selection, we continue on to a picturesque lakeside picnic lunch. Then, welcome to Sisters—a postcard-perfect town where Western charm meets quilting magic. Enjoy time to shop the quaint boutiques and ice cream parlors downtown before we head to the famous Stitchin’ Post for fabric shopping before tomorrow’s crowds arrive. B

Day 5 The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show – A Patchwork Wonderland Breakfast

It’s the big day! The streets of Sisters transform into the world’s largest outdoor quilt gallery, with more than a thousand quilts hanging from every building, fence, and storefront. Walk through a sea of color, creativity, and community—there are pop-up displays, fiber art demos, and quilt lovers around every corner. Later, we visit the Quilt Basket for even more fabric and goodies. Tonight, relax and relive the magic over dinner in the Old Mill District, a charming riverside area filled with character and conversation. B

Day 6 Scenic Return – Mountains, Orchards & Multnomah Falls Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We make our way back to Portland, but the journey is far from ordinary. Travel through the lush Hood River Valley, where fruit orchards and snow-capped views of Mount Hood await. At Packer Orchards, enjoy an included lunch and a slice of homemade marionberry pie—a local favorite. Don’t forget to pick up a few tasty souvenirs. Then, marvel at the misty beauty of Multnomah Falls, a towering waterfall that’s one of Oregon’s natural wonders.
